Traveller Kids is start up by two people who transformed their love for travel and games into a fun, exciting and as they call it an 'edu-taining' (educational + entertaining) product. It is a subscription based product for kids aged 7 -10 years. It aims at introducing children to the concept of travel and experience a new country every month through a combination of physical and online activities. Traveller Kids is based around the core idea of "Fun comes First" where kids enjoy every bit of learning time and actually consider it their playtime!
My role was to develop its identity, packaging, marketing collaterals along with some content for the products.
We decided to incorporate playfulness and dynamism to the logo by doodling with the upper trail in the identity. This even aided in customising the monthly boxes, by simply modifying the upper trail we could give kids a preview to country of the month.

The brainstorming was extreme fun. There were kids, games, travel and a zillion directions to work on.
The final concept that we chose to work on.
The logo development.
At this stage, we had finalised the logo. It was only when we started executing it in other places that we realised that the design wasn't balanced very well. I reworked on the trails till I achieved this more appropriate logo.
Some patterns that I developed. These could be used for backgrounds, Wrapping papers, envelopes etc.
I had also designed a set of icons to be used as narrators in the reading materials, DIY projects etc. These were eventually not used and we developed a mascot for the brand instead and used it as a medium for communication.
Making the visiting card was rather fun. At one point we were all just flying paper planes.
The entire product is centered around travel and fun and the owners are young
entrepreneurs. Therefore, I decided to add a little playfulness to their cards. The card can be torn along the perforation to make tiny paper planes and the recipient retains the part with the contact details.
